Cookies and Browser Storage
Last updated: May 18, 2026
We keep this short because there is not much to say: kategos.ai does not currently use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
What we store
- An admin session cookie — set only when our internal team signs in to the CMS at
/admin. Public visitors never receive it. - One browser localStorage entry —
kategos.lead-v1, written after your first white-paper download to remember your name, email, and phone so you do not have to re-enter them. Stored only in your browser; our servers never read it.
What we do not use
- Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or any Google tracking pixels.
- Meta Pixel, Facebook conversions API, or any Meta tracking tools.
- Third-party advertising trackers of any kind.
- Behavioural session replay tools (Hotjar, FullStory, etc.).
If this changes
We will update this page before deploying any third-party tracker and add a consent mechanism. If you visit and the site is asking for tracking consent for the first time, that means it was added and this page will list it here.
Clearing what we store
In your browser's privacy settings, “Clear site data” for kategos.ai removes everything we store. The next time you request a white paper, the form will be empty again.
